从读心到塑心
From Mindreading to Mindshaping

摘要
塑心论可以分成激进阵营和温和阵营:激进阵营秉持塑心(mindshaping)首位论题(primacy thesis),认为读心(mindreading)是塑心的派生物.温和阵营主张塑心与读心构成合作关系.对这两个阵营的分析与批判可以发现,塑心既不能成为"他心操作"的基础,也不能与读心构成合作关系.在解构塑心论的基础上,表明塑心只能在以读心为根基搭建起的理论大厦下,即读心论框架下,寻找一席之地:塑心既是读心的语境,也是读心的作用.当前,围绕读心的研究多集中于读心机制和读心能力测量,但关于读心的全面探讨还须包括读心语境和读心作用.对塑心地位的澄清,有助于开启读心语境和读心作用研究.
Abstract
Mindshaping theory can be divided into radical camp and moderate camp.The radical camp holds the primacy thesis that mindreading is a mindshaping creature.The moderate camp advocates a cooperative relationship between mindshaping and mindreading.Through the criticism of these two camps,it is pointed out that mindshaping can neither be the basis of"other mind operation",nor can it form a cooperative relationship with mindreading.On the basis of deconstructing mindshaping theory,it shows that mindshaping can only find a place under the mindreading theory which is based on mindreading:mindshaping is not only the context of mindreading,but also the function of mindreading.At present,the research around mindreading mostly focuses on the mechanism of mindreading and the measurement of mindreading ability,but the comprehensive discussion about mindreading should also include the context and the function of mindreading.The clarification of the status of mindshaping is helpful to open the study of the context and function of mindreading.
