摘要

针对解决白鹤滩水电站特大型上冠运输难题,阐述专用旋转工装的设计过程及相关验算,并对工装的运用效果加以说明,同时比较了与前期其他运输单位类似工装的优缺点,通过重新设计及运用验证,为今后同类大型设备的山区运输工装的设计提供了新思路.

Abstract

This paper focuses on solving the transportation problem of the super large crown for the Baihetan hydropower station,elaborates the design process and related checking calculation of the dedicated rotating fixture,and explains the application effect of the fixture.At the same time,it compares the advantages and disadvantages of similar fixtures with other transportation units in the early stage.Through redesign and application verification,it provides new ideas for the design of transportation fixtures for similar large-scale equipment in mountainous areas in the future.
