Optimization and Upgradation of Backwash Exhaust Port of Rolling Oil Purification System of 20-high Rolling Mill
This paper describes the important role of rolling oil system in the structure of stainless steel 20-high rolling mill system.Combined with the production practice,the function,process,control method and shortcomings of the main purification and filtration system for rolling oil are introduced in detail.In view of the problems existing in the blowback exhaust,the oil mist pollution and losses caused by deficiencies in design have been solved through the upgradation and optimization of the exhaust port of the purification system,and the oil mist absorption and purification functions of the exhaust port during backwashing of the filter tank have been realized,which effectively lower the pressure of reverse flow,eliminate the pollution of oil and gas around the filter tank and reduce the losses of rolling oil and the intensity of labor cleaning.
