摘要

为了解某公司在白车身焊装生产线往复杆输送系统中所采用的SWC-BH型十字轴式万向联轴器能否在实际运行中满足使用要求,采用 CATIA 软件对十字轴式万向联轴器进行三维建模,利用有限元软件Abaqus/CAE中模态分析模块及静力学分析模块,按照其实际使用工况,对十字轴式万向联轴器水平运输阶段进行结构强度分析与模态分析.结果表明,在水平运输阶段出现强制停机而导致十字轴式万向联轴器发生扭转急停现象时,联轴器上最大等效应力值达到了 510.8 MPa,位于输出端十字轴承轴肩处,所有部件的最大等效应力值范围在159.3~510.8 MPa,除两端的十字轴承外,其余部件均没有超过其材料的许用应力;两端十字轴承轴肩处的应力已超过其材料的许用应力,会发生断裂,提出了一些失效原因及改进措施.在模态分析中,从联轴器的振型位移图可以发现,振动位移量最大值为7.374 mm,但该联轴器实际转动频率为 11.6 Hz,小于第一阶固有频率13.826 Hz,可以有效避免共振,为十字轴式万向联轴器选型、设计及汽车主机厂实际操作提供了一定的帮助与借鉴.

Abstract

In order to know whether the SWC-BH cross-shaft universal coupling used by a company in the reciprocating lever conveying system of the car body welding production line meet the application requirements in actual operation or not,CATIA software is used to build a three-dimensional modeling of the cross-shaft universal coupling,and the finite element software Abaqus∕CAE is used to analyze the modal analysis module and the static analysis module,the structural strength and modal analysis are carried out for the cross-shaft universal coupling in the horizontal transport stage according to the actual working conditions.The results show that when there is a forced shutdown in the horizontal transportation stage,which leads to the torsional emergency stop of the cross-shaft universal coupling,the maximum equivalent stress value of the coupling reached 510.8 MPa,located at the shoulder of the cross bearing at the output end.The maximum equivalent stress value of all components ranged from 159.3 MPa to 510.8 MPa.Except for the cross bearings at both ends,the allowable stress of the rest of the components does not exceed that of the material.The stress at the shoulder of the cross bearing at both ends has exceeded the allowable stress of the material,and the fracture will occur.Some failure reasons and improvement measures are proposed.In modal analysis,it can be found from the vibration mode displacement diagram of the coupling that the maximum value of vibration displacement is 7.374 mm,but the actual rotation frequency of the coupling is 11.6 Hz,which is less than the first natural frequency of 13.826 Hz,which can effectively avoid resonance.This provides some help and reference for selection,design and actual operation of the cross-shaft universal coupling in automotive OEMS.
