重型板状类工件三维质心检测方法

摘要
提出一种针对特大、特重板状类工件三维质心位置测量新方法.假想四个过质心的切面去切工件,四个切面与工件表面相交得到四条交线、两个交点;通过在工件上建立合适测量坐标系和基准面,测量两个交点坐标位置即得到质心坐标位置.对该方法测量误差源进行分析,验证误差满足测量要求.将该方法应用于实际产品中,结果表明该方法可实施性好.
Abstract
A new method for measuring the 3D centroid position of extra large and extra heavy plate-shaped workpiece was proposed.It is supposed that the workpiece is cut from four sections passing through the centroid,and four sections intersect with the workpiece surface to obtain four intersecting lines and two intersecting points.The position of the centroid coordinate would be obtained by measuring the positions of the two intersecting points through establishing a suitable measurement coordinate system and reference plane on the workpiece.The error source analysis of this method was carried out to verify the error satisfied the measurement requirements.Then this method was applied to practical products,and the result showed that this method was very good in practice.
