Machining Technology and Application of Quincunx Through-hole on 20-high 1450 mm Rolling Mill Housing
The structure characteristics and precision indexes of Sendzimir 20-high 1450 mm rolling mill housing are introduced.The machining equipment,process method,testing method,surface quality control measures and factors,which affect the machining accuracy of quincunx through-holes,which are the key parts of the housing,are studied.Considering the impact of tool wear,environmental temperature,cutting heat etc.on the machining quality,by selecting reasonable machining equipment,improving the process method,optimizing the cutting parameters,designing and making special grinding tools,using laser tracker to measure the size and shape accuracy of quincunx through-hole,the machining and measuring of high precision quincunx through-hole on Sendzimir 20-high 1450 mm mill housing are realized.
