Optimal Calculation of Drive Mechanism of Closed Height Adjusting Device for 63 MN Hot Die Forging Press
The pressure pin of the novel 63 MN hot die forging press is clamped by the disc spring hydraulic cylinder,while the pressure pin of the original 63 MN hot die forging press is clamped by the rear balance cylinder.Due to the different clamping methods,the friction resistance torque to be overcome for the closed height adjustment after the pressure pin is released is different,so the required power of drive gear motor is also different.In this paper,the power of the gear motor of the closed height adjustment device of the novel 63 MN hot die forging press is obtained according to the field test and calculation;and through the detailed calculation of the resistance torque needed to be overcome by the two presses,the total drive efficiency of the drive mechanism of the closed height adjustment device of the hot die forging press is obtained,and the conclusion in the textbook"Hot Die Forging Press"is corrected,which provides a reference for the later design and calculation.
