Research on Data Intelligence Application in Forging Forming for Large Forging Hydraulic Press
With the advent of the Industry4.0 era,the intelligent manufacturing has become a key direction of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In this context,as an important forging equipment,large forging hydraulic press is particularly important for the improvement of production efficiency and product quality.The multi-dimensional data acquisition and intelligent perception technology of key parameters in the whole forging process of large forging hydraulic press based on artificial intelligence are studied.A complete set of data acquisition system is built.Real-time monitoring of the temperature,pressure,speed and other key parameters in the forging process is realized with the help of powerful data processing capabilities of cloud computing platform.In order to realize the intelligence and optimization of forging process.In-depth analysis and processing of the collected data are carried out to realize real-time monitoring and intelligent regulation of parameters in the forging process,and the data intelligence application in forging process is achieved,providing theoretical support and technical reference for intelligent manufacturing field.
