摘要
为了满足中厚板、宽厚板和大型热连轧等重载工况的轧机设备重载、高效、高产能的技术进步和环保的要求,研制出一种新型剖分式高性能十字轴式万向节,其承载能力和抗冲击能力强,寿命长,维护方便,无污染,具有较好的使用效果.已在国内某钢厂4 100 mm厚板轧机项目中运行20 个月,可广泛推广应用于重载大冲击工况的轧机主传动系统.
Abstract
In order to meet the technical progress of heavy duty,high efficiency and high capacity of rolling mill equipment under heavy duty conditions such as medium and thick plate,wide and thick plate and large hot continuous rolling,and the high requirements of environmental protection,a new type of split cross universal joint with high performance was proposed,which has strong bearing capacity and impact resistance,long life,easy maintenance,no pollution and good application effect.It has been in operation for 20 months in a 4 100mm thick plate mill project of a domestic steel mill,and can be widely used in the main drive system of heavy duty large impact working condition.
