根据华菱衡钢的实际情况,系统分析了现有工艺模式存在问题,提出使用热送热装工艺技术的必要性和可行性,进行了技术改造节奏理论计算,阐述技术改造的具体内容和预期产生的经济效益.
Abstract
According to the actual situation of Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co.,Ltd.,the problems in the existing process mode are systematically analyzed,the necessity and feasibility of using hot delivery and hot charging process technology are put forward,the theoretical calculation of technological transformation rhythm is carried out,the specific contents of technological transformation are expounded,and the expected economic benefits are analyzed.
