摘要
轴箱体是沈阳地铁10 号线地铁列车的零部件,采用整体铸钢铸造,强度高,力学性能好.但形体复杂,铸造工艺难度大.而不规范的划线操作,会给机械加工的装夹定位造成困难,带来废品风险.因此,划线创新和划线创新操作法是保证产品质量的关键.本文对沈阳地铁10 号线地铁列车轴箱体划线工艺设计、以及划线创新先进操作法进行详解,并为同类型零件的划线作业提供可借鉴的模板.
Abstract
The axle box body,a component of the metro trains for Shenyang Metro Line 10,is cast in integral cast steel,with high strength and good mechanical properties.But it is difficult to be cast due to its complicated shape.The non-standard scribing operations will cause difficulties in clamping and positioning during machining,and may bring about the risk of scraps,therefore,innovation in scribing and advanced operation methods for scribing are key to guaranteeing the quality of products.This article presents the technological design of scribing of the axle box body of the metro trains for Shenyang Metro Line 10,and explains in detail the innovative and advanced operation method of scribing,thus provides a referential template for the scribing operation of the same type of parts.
