摘要
详细阐述了三维激光扫描技术在工业驱动汽轮机装配上的应用,对三维激光扫描的关键技术(高精度测量、快速扫描、虚拟装配等)进行了分析研究,提出了通过高效装配仿真技术解决工业驱动汽轮机部套装配干涉问题的方案,探索并总结了一套适合汽轮机部套虚拟装配预防装配干涉的技术.
Abstract
The application of 3D laser scanning technology in the assembly of industrial drive steam turbine is described in detail,and the key technologies of 3D laser scanning(high precision measurement,fast scanning,virtual assembly,etc.)are analyzed and studied,and a scheme is proposed to solve the interference problem of the assembly of industrial drive steam turbine parts through efficient assembly simulation technology.This paper explores and summarizes a set of technology suitable for the virtual assembly of turbine parts to prevent assembly interference.
