基于Amesim的往复杆输送系统建模与研究

往复杆输送系统是汽车车身焊装生产线的主要输送系统形式之一.由于其升降运动一般采用电机和气缸共同驱动,力学模型相对复杂,常规方法难以建模和计算.目前设计人员主要按照工程经验及以往实例进行驱动装置选型和结构设计.本文基于Amesim软件搭建了该系统模型,研究电机-气缸联合驱动方式下电机及气缸的计算选型、结构设计的新方法.结果表明,通过所搭建的模型能够准确计算双驱动方式下合理的气缸缸径、电机功率、扭矩等参数.与传统方法相比,应用该模型计算选型后的电机功率显著减小,在节省了生产线运行能耗的同时,结构尺寸也可进一步减小.
Modeling and Research of Reciprocating Rod Conveying System Based on Amesim
The reciprocating rod conveying system is one of the main forms of conveying systems in welding production lines of automotive body.Its lift drive is generally driven by a motor and cylinder together,the mechanical model is relatively complex,therefore,the conventional methods are difficult to model and calculate.Currently,the designers mainly rely on engineering experiences and previous examples for the model selection and structural design of the drive device.In this paper,based on Amesim software,the system model is constructed to study a new method for calculating the model selection and structural design of motor and cylinder under the motor-cylinder combined drive mode.The results show that the model can accurately calculate reasonable cylinder diameter,motor power,torque,and other parameters under the dual drive mode.Compared with traditional methods,the application of this model significantly reduces the calculated motor power,saving the energy consumption in the operation of the production line,while further reducing the structure size.
