As an excellent highly alloyed material,the super duplex stainless steel UNS S32760 has been widely used in highly corrosive environments such as petroleum,chemical industry and ships due to its characteristics of excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.However,there are some key manufacturing issues such as forming and welding of super duplex stainless steel in practical engineering applications,which need to be studied and solved to ensure that the product size,material and welded joint performance can meet manufacturing requirements.This article aims to provide data support and practical guidance for the engineering application of this material through research on the welding process and application cases of super duplex stainless steel UNS S32760.
