Research on and Application of Welding Procedure Specification of Pressure Vessel Made of Q345R+S32168 Clad Plate
In this paper,according to the structure of the equipment,the welding procedure specification of pressure vessel made of Q345R+S32168 stainless steel clad plate was studied from the aspects of material analysis,welding materials and welding process selection,welding procedure qualification and welding process control measures,etc.,through the combination of theoretical analysis and on-site production,and the research results were successfully applied in the equipment.
