摘要
抄浆靴压配对辊为造纸设备的关键部件,主要由靴压配对辊轴头(传动侧)、靴压配对辊轴头(操作侧)、靴压配对辊辊壳构成.其两端轴头与中间辊壳采用过盈配合,装配后采用螺钉进行把合加固,因产品外形尺寸大,质量重,又属于过盈装配,保证装配间隙所需的加热方式、加热时间等极难控制,工件的起吊、把合孔的定位等装配难度也大.同时两端轴头及辊壳形位公差要求高,加工及制造难度大.介绍了抄浆靴压配对辊的加工方法.
Abstract
The pulp making shoe pressure matching roller is a key component of papermaking equipment,mainly composed of the shoe pressure matching roller shaft head(drive side),the shoe pressure matching roller shaft head(operation side),and the shoe pressure matching roller shell.The two end shaft heads and the middle roller shell adopt interference fit,and after assembly,they are fastened and reinforced by screws.Due to the large size and heavy weight of the product,with interference assembly,it is extremely difficult to control the heating method and time required to ensure the assembly clearance.The lifting of the workpiece and the positioning of the matching hole are also difficult during assembly.At the same time,high tolerance requirements for the shape and position of the two end shaft heads and roller shells make the machining and manufacturing more difficult.This article introduces the machining method of the pulp shoe pressure matching rollers.
