摘要
介绍了350 MN挤压机液压系统特点和管道清洁要求.从设备、工艺方法、消耗材料、成本和工期等方面对几种管道清洁方案进行了对比研究.根据 350 MN挤压机液压系统管道设计特点,兼顾施工周期和质量,确定了最终清洁方案并加以实施和验证.
Abstract
The characteristics of hydraulic system and pipe cleaning requirements of 350MN extruder are introduced.Several kinds of pipe cleaning schemes are compared from the aspects of required equipment,process method,consumable materials,costs and time limit.According to the design characteristics of 350 MN extruder hydraulic system pipelines,considering the construction period and quality,the final cleaning plan is determined,executed and verified.
