摘要
回顾了70 多年来我国板带热轧技术装备从技术引进、消化吸收到自主创新的工业化历程,介绍了钢材、铝材、钛材领域各类板带热轧装备的技术特征和典型应用.在绿色可持续发展已经成为重要趋势的过程中,提出了各类板带热轧装备与技术必将围绕绿色化、高端化和数智化为目标积极进行技术创新,开发新技术、新工艺和新装备,推动我国冶金装备高效、绿色、平衡发展.
Abstract
The industrialization process of hot rolling equipment technology for plate and strip,from importation,digestion,absorption to independent innovation,during last 70 years in China was reviewed.Technical characteristics and typical applications of plate and strip hot rolling equipment in the field of steel,aluminum and titanium were introduced.This article proposes that all kinds of plate and strip hot rolling equipment and technology,developing new technologies,processes,and equipment,must actively innovate around the goals of green,high-end,and intelligence,to promote efficient,green,and balanced development of China's metallurgical equipment industry.
