The Practice of Transformation of Cold Rolling Equipment Towards Green and Intelligent
This paper briefly introduces the general direction and trend of the development of cold rolling equip-ment,and introduces the research progress and achievements of yizhong Group in the greening and intelligence of cold rolling equipment in recent years.In terms of green energy saving,this paper mainly introduces thermal oil heating,acid fog multistage treatment,and timely purging technology at the end of the last frame.In the aspects of automation and intelligence,the key technologies such as automatic guidance of edge wire,six degrees of freedom Side Trimmer,new vcms six-rolls cold mill and instrument configuration of line are introduced.In addition,the overall technical level of domestic cold rolling equipment and future research and development focus.
