Development and Application of High-performance and High-precision Copper Alloy Strip Six High Cold Rolling Mill
Aiming at the technical difficulties of high performance and high precision copper strip production,and the 800 mm small roll diameter six-roll reversible medium finishing mill is developed for the first time.The process equipment composition,main process technical parameter configuration and installation level of the unit are introduced.This paper focuses on the development of new technologies:compact bending roll small roll diameter six-roll mill,high precision automatic thickness control technology,high precision flatness automatic control system and efficient oil removal device.After the unit is put into use,the product quality is effectively improved.For the copper strip with a thickness of 0.175 mm and a width of 620 mm,the thickness difference of the finished product is not more than±1 μm,and the mean square error of the shape is not more than 0.55I.
