摘要
由于存在连杆频繁拉断、支撑轴承易损坏、集油罩不能正常回油及扁头套定心环异常磨损等问题,传统稀油外循环润滑鼓形齿联轴器设备故障率高,使用效果不理想,严重影响到轧机的正常运行.本文介绍了一种稀油内循环润滑鼓形齿联轴器,优化了部分结构,创新设计进油和回油油路,设置三自由度密封装置,实现鼓形齿润滑油在轴体内部循环,改善了鼓形齿齿面润滑效果,减少了接触磨损,提高了接轴运行平稳性,延长了鼓形齿联轴器的使用寿命.
Abstract
Due to the problems such as frequent breaking of connecting rod,easy damage of supporting bearing,abnormal oil return of oil collecting cover and abnormal wear of the flat head jacket centering ring,the traditional thin oil external circulation lubrication drum gear coupling equipment has high failure rate and unsatisfactory use effect,which seriously affects the normal operation of rolling mill.This paper introduces a thin oil internal circulation drum gear coupling,optimizes some structure,innovates the oil inlet and return circuit,sets up the three-degree-of-freedom sealing device to realize lubrication oil circulation in the shaft body,which improves the lubrication effect of the drum gear tooth surface,reduces the contact wear,improves the running stability of the connecting shaft,and prolongs the service life of the drum gear coupling.
