Development and Validation of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for Rolling Mill Gearboxes
In order to meet the requirements of continuous operation of metallurgical gearboxes under high load operation rates,an intelligent operation and maintenance platform for rolling mill gearboxes is developed.This platform collects equipment operational data through various sensors,applies edge computing,equipment acquisition,big data analysis technologies,etc.,to monitor and manage the full process operation data of gearboxes during their service life.Through the equipment health status management subsystem based on gearbox fault models,equipment fault state recognition and analysis can be achieved,and data support for equipment maintenance,repair,and spare parts replacement can be provided to end users.This platform has been successfully applied in the gearbox factory test of a certain 1 780 mm hot rolling project,verifying all its functions and achieving the intelligent operation and maintenance of rolling mill gearboxes.
