Research and Application of Production Technology of 1.6 mm Ultra Thin Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Strip
Combined with the process and equipment characteristics of zhongjin 900mm hot continuous rolling production line,the difficulties and key control points in the production of 1.6mm ultra-thin hot-rolled stainless steel strip,as well as the heating process,rolling process,and level 2 model,were studied.A detailed production plan was determined to ensure the rolling stability of 1.6mm ultra-thin specification hot-rolled stainless steel,and successful batch production of 1.6 mm extremely thin specification of hot-rolled stainless steel strip,which meets the product requirements in terms of dimensional accuracy,plate shape indicators,mechanical properties,etc.
