Analysis of Causes for Thermal Imbalance in Large Turbine Generator Rotors and Optimization Measures
This paper analyzes the operational status of abnormal vibration of a turbine generator rotor in a power plant. The analysis reveals that the main cause of the abnormal rotor vibration is the thermal imbalance of the rotor due to blockage of the air path and poor sliding. It analyzes the factors that affect the thermal imbalance of the turbine generator rotor, and focuses on analyzing the causes of air path blockage in recent units.Aiming at the complex operating conditions faced by existing units, such as deep peak shaving and frequent start-stop,optimization measures for the rotor are proposed to improve the adaptability, stability, and reliability of the unit under complex operating conditions, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.
