The Key Points of Manufacturing Polycrystalline Silicon Cold Hydrogenation Reactor and the Attempt of Phased Array Detection Technology for Large Thickness Nickel-based Alloy Welds
Cold hydrogenation reactor is an important pressure vessel equipment in the polysilicon industry. The material used is UNS N08810 nickel-based alloy, and the manufacturing requirements are relatively high.In order to ensure the use and safety performance of the equipment, this paper summarizes the equipment structure, materials and key process points in the manufacturing process of polycrystalline silicon cold hydrogenation reactor, and studies the non-destructive testing method of phased array ultrasonic testing for large thickness nickel-based alloy welds.Although there will be a certain error between the detection results of this technology and the actual defect size,it can be used as a preliminary internal control evaluation method for the internal weld quality of the company,to realize the peak shifting of the weld radiographic inspection process, and to alleviate the shortage of radiographic inspection resources. It also provides a reference for the possible accumulation of data for this technology instead of radiographic testing.
