摘要
针对在用造船门式起重机的常见故障和安全问题,结合造船门式起重机的结构特点和工作原理,研究确定了在用造船门式起重机的安全评估原则、评估方法和流程.根据对造船门式起重机的历史情况进行核查,对起重机现状进行检验与试验,结合状态监测进一步分析,进行起重机的综合安全状态评估,并预测后续使用对安全作业的影响.为有关单位实施在用造船门式起重机安全评估工作,提供了技术依据.
Abstract
In view of the common faults and safety problems of in-service shipbuilding gantry crane,combined with the structural characteristics and working principles of in-service shipbuilding gantry crane,in this paper,the safety evaluation principle,evaluation method and process of in-service shipbuilding gantry crane are determined.Based on the historical situation of shipbuilding gantry crane,the current situation of the crane is inspected and tested,combined with the further analysis of condition monitoring,the comprehensive safety status of the crane is evaluated,and the impact of subsequent use on safe operation is predicted.This can provide a technical basis for the relevant units to implement the safety evaluation of the in-service shipbuilding gantry crane.
