Optimization of Machining Scheme of 3500 mm Mill Housing Based on Lean Principle
Based on the lean principle,combined with the machining characteristics of large rolling mill housing,collect and analyze the relevant data of the product in the manufacturing process,such as:processing method,heat treatment deformation,process allowance control and manufacturing bottleneck.Through experimental comparison,the rough and finishing process parameters of 3 500 mm mill housing are optimized,the design processability is improved,the cutting tools is selected reasonably,and finally the lean machining scheme is formed and standardized,so as to reduce the manufacturing cost and shorten the machining cycle.
