详细介绍了攀钢1 450 mm热轧精轧机组的改造方案,并重点探讨了超长跨距精轧过桥的设计和分析,就改造项目的特点结合施工方案,指出影响超长跨距精轧过桥设计的主要因素,并对该过桥开展了静态校核、模态和谐响应等动态响应特性分析,形成一套行之有效的用于临时过桥设计的流程和方法.
Abstract
This article provides a detailed introduction to the renovation project of the 1450mm HSM at Pan Steel,with a focus on the design and analysis of the ultra-long bridge for finishing mill construction.Based on the characteristics of the renovation project and the construction plan,point out the main factors which affect the design of the ultra-long bridge,and verified the strength and stiffness,analyzed the dynamic response characteristics of the bridge,such as modal analysis and harmony response analysis,and develop an effective process and method for temporary bridge design.
