摘要
提出一种适用于小型反应堆的螺旋半圆管夹套式非能动余热排出装置,利用螺旋半圆管夹套具有的传热效率高、结构紧凑等优点,与反应堆主容器形成一体化的紧凑设计.基于此,对螺旋半圆管夹套的传热过程进行了分析,提出传热计算模型并基于此开发了热工设计程序,通过与公开文献中试验数据的对比分析,验证了程序的正确性,可以用于半圆管夹套式余热排出装置的工程设计.
Abstract
This article proposes a half coil passive heat removal device,which utilizes the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency and compact structure of the half coil jacket to form an integrated compact design with the reactor vessel.The heat transfer process of half coil jackets was analyzed and a mathematical model was proposed.Base on this,the heat transfer calculation program for half coil jackets was developed.The veracity of the program was then verified through comparison between prediction data and experimental data in open literature.The study in this paper proves that the program can be used for engineering design of half coil jackets.
