摘要

超高压聚乙烯反应釜作为压力容器核心设备,工作于极端高压环境(试验压力达370 MPa),对密封性能要求极高,其密封效果直接关乎容器运行的安全性与效率,是衡量容器合规性的关键指标.为兼顾经济与合理性,本研究采用组合密封法,通过金属背靠环、波形环与非金属密封垫片协同工作实现密封.装配过程中,运用专用装配升降平台等工艺手段,严格控制同心度、水平度和同轴度精度.经验证,在6 MPa(纯氦)、20 MPa、40 MPa压力下进行氦检漏试验,满足密封性能要求,泄漏率符合标准.该密封装配方案创新地解决了装配技术难题,既确保密封性能达标,又验证了高压密封装配工艺的技术可行性与实践价值,为同类型高压反应容器的密封装配提供了有效参考.

Abstract

As a core equipment of pressure vessels,the ultra-high pressure polyethylene reactor operates in an extremely high-pressure environment(with a test pressure up to 370 MPa),and has extremely high requirements for sealing performance.Its sealing effect directly relates to the safety and efficiency of the container's operation and is a key indicator for assessing the compliance of the container.To balance economy and rationality,this study adopts a combined sealing method,achieving sealing through the collaborative work of a metal back ring,a wavy ring,and a non-metallic sealing gasket.During the assembly process,special assembly lifting platforms and other technological means are used to strictly control the concentricity,levelness,and coaxiality accuracy.Experimental verification shows that helium leak tests conducted at 6 MPa(pure helium),20 MPa,and 40 MPa pressures meet the sealing performance requirements,and the leakage rate complies with the standards.This sealing assembly solution innovatively solves the assembly technical difficulties,ensuring that the sealing performance meets the standards while verifying the technical feasibility and practical value of the high-pressure sealing assembly process.It provides an effective reference for the sealing assembly of similar high-pressure reaction vessels.
