从新型冠状病毒感染论血管紧张素转化酶2与宗气的关系

摘要
宗气是人体诸气之一,具有助心行血、助肺呼吸等特点,对人身气血、津液、脏腑、经络等功能活动的起着重要作用.血管紧张素转化酶2作为一种跨膜蛋白,是新型冠状病毒进入人体细胞的主要结合受体.笔者基于中医学宗气理论,从新型冠状病毒感染出发,探讨宗气与血管紧张素转化酶2可能存在的关系,以期为临床诊疗及药物研制提供参考.
Abstract
Zongqi is one of the various qi in the human body.It has the characteristics of helping the Xin to move blood,helping the Fei to breathe.It plays an important role in the functional activities of the body such as qi and blood,body fluid,viscera,and meridians.Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2,as a transmembrane protein,is the main binding receptor of SARS-CoV-2 into human cells.Based on the theory of Zongqi in Chinese medicine,starting from the infection of SARS-CoV-2,this paper discusses the possible relationship between Zongqi and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2,with a hope to providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment and drug development.
