Study on Distribution of Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Children with Non-severe Aplastic Anemia
Objective To explore the distribution of Chinese medicine(CM)syndromes of children with non-severe aplastic anemia(NSAA),and to provide reference for CM clinical sydrome differentiation and classification of NSAA.Methods Children diagnosed with NSAA between January 2019 and December 2021 were recruited in this study.A questionnaire was developed to investigate the elements of syndrome and clinical information was collected accordingly.Factor analysis and cluster analysis were used to explore the distribution of CM syndromes among children with NSAA.Results A total of 368 patients were recruited in this study, and 54 CM syndromes were collected with a frequency of>15%.Factor analysis resulted in the identification of 16 common factors. In terms of disease location of NSAA,the main syndrome elements were Pi,Shen and Gan,while the disease nature syndrome elements were mainly qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency and phlegm-dampness.Further cluster analysis of the 16 common factors revealed that CM syndromes could be summarized into five categories:deficiency of Pi-qi,qi and blood deficiency,Shen-yin deficiency,Shen-yang deficiency, and Shen yin-yang deficiency. Conclusions The main disease location of children with NSAA was in the Pi,Shen and Gan.The CM syndromes mainly include five types which were deficiency of Pi-qi,qi and blood deficiency,Shen-yin deficiency,Shen-yang deficiency, and Shen yin-yang deficiency
