"肠道菌群—细胞焦亡"与溃疡性结肠炎"浊毒内蕴"病因病机

摘要
肠道菌群与细胞焦亡互作失衡与溃疡性结肠炎的发病密切相关,浊毒内蕴是溃疡性结肠炎发病的关键病机.结合现代分子生物学及中医学理论研究,笔者认为肠道菌群紊乱是浊毒内蕴的病理学基础,细胞焦亡为浊毒内蕴的微观体现,在溃疡性结肠炎发病过程中,"肠道菌群—细胞焦亡"互作紊乱与溃疡性结肠炎"浊毒内蕴"病机相契合.本文从"肠道菌群—细胞焦亡"互作失衡角度探讨"浊毒内蕴"的病因病机,是将现代分子生物学与中医学理论相结合的初步尝试,旨在为临床防治溃疡性结肠炎提供新思路和突破点.
Abstract
The imbalance in the interaction between gut microbiota and pyroptosis is closely related to the incidence of ulcerative colitis(UC)."Turbid toxin internalization"is the key pathogenesis of UC.According to modem molecular biology and the classical theory of Chinese medicine(CM),the authors proposed that the disorder of gut microbiota is the pathological basis of turbid toxin intemalization,and pyroptosis is the microscopic embodiment of turbid toxin intemalization.In UC,the core pathogenesis of"turbid toxin internalization"is the same as the imbalanced relationships in"gut microbiota-pyroptosis."In this article,the authors discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of"turbid toxin internalization"in ulcerative colitis from the perspective of imbalanced relationships between gut microbiota and pyroptosis,which was aimed at providing new ideas and breakthrough points for clinical prevention and treatment of UC.
