基于钙调控异常探讨慢性心力衰竭心气虚证科学内涵

摘要
慢性心力衰竭属中医学"心衰病"范畴,心气虚证为该病的主要证候要素.黄芪等益气药物作为治疗该病的常用药物,可缓解慢性心力衰竭心气虚证患者常见的乏力、心悸、气短等临床症状.从病理生理学角度,钙调控异常所导致的心肌舒缩过程异常可导致慢性心力衰竭患者心功能下降,其主要表现与上述心气虚证的临床症状相似.因此,钙调控异常或可成为慢性心力衰竭心气虚证实质研究的切入点.
Abstract
Chronic heart failure is classified under"heart failure"in Chinese medicine,with Xin-qi deficiency as its primary syndrome element.Herbs like Astragalus Membranaceus,known for qi tonification,are frequently employed to address chronic heart failure.These herbs prove effective in mitigating common clinical symptoms such as fatigue,palpitations,and shortness of breath associated with Xin-qi deficiency syndrome.Examining the pathophysiology,disruptions in calcium regulation can contribute to abnormal myocardial contraction and relaxation processes,ultimately leading to diminished heart function in chronic heart failure patients.Considering the overlap in manifestations between chronic heart failure and Xin-qi deficiency syndrome,investigating calcium handling abnormalities serves as a potential way to comprehend the essence of the syndrome in this context.
