Thinking About Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease by Stages Under the Mode of Combination of Disease and Syndrome
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is the main cause of death from cardiovascular disease.It is of great significance to identify the advantages and limitations of Chinese medicine(CM)and Western medicine in the treatment of CHD.Based on the pathological characteristics and syndromes of each stage of CHD,this paper believes that each pathological stage of CHD has the characteristics of causal connection and progressive development,and the evolution of CM syndromes has the characteristics of time sequence.It proposes that there are corresponding characteristics of"disease-time"between each stage of CHD and"syndrome-time"between each syndrome.The concept of"disease-syndrome-time"of CHD was consolidated,and the idea of applying Chinese and Western medicine combination,phased and full-time intervention,is formed for the chain of cardiovascular events related to non-diseased,diseased,and diseased rehabilitation.At the same time,the advantages and limitations of CM and Western medicine treatment at different stages are discussed,providing thoughts for the diagnosis and treatment of CHD by integrated CM and Western medicine.
