关于培养中西医结合预防医学人才的思考

摘要
中医药深度参与我国历次公共卫生突发事件防控过程和重大传染病防治工作.在新冠肺炎疫情的防控过程中,中西医结合协同运用使我国疫情防控成绩举世瞩目.中西医结合是未来医学的发展方向,预防为主是卫生工作的基本方针和策略,新的公共卫生形势对我国预防医学人才的定位、能力素质的培养等方面都提出了新的要求.将中医学中的"治未病"思想与西医公共卫生预防医学理念相结合,以中医学"治未病"理论为本,疾病发展规律为纲,预防医学理念为目,从"西学中"的人才培养模式、课程建设及思政教学等方面入手,构建具有中国特色的中西医结合预防医学专业人才培养体系,推动中西医结合疾控体系建设,进而组建基层应用型中西医结合预防医学人才队伍作为补充,来满足当前我国对预防医学人才培养的新要求.
Abstract
Chinese medicine(CM)has been deeply involved in the prevention and control of public health emergencies and major infectious diseases.In the prevention and control process of the novel coronavirus epidemic,the coordinated use of Chinese and Western medicine has made China's epidemic prevention and control achievements attract worldwide attention.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is the direction of the development of future medicine.Prevention is the basic policy and strategy of world health work.The new public health situation makes new requests for the positioning of preventive medicine personnel,the training of ability and quality.The concept of"preventive treatment of disease"in CM and the concept of public health preventive medicine should be combined.The"preventive treatment of disease"theory of CM is used as the foundation,the development laws of diseases as the outline,and the concept of preventive medicine as the goal.From the personnel training mode of"Western Medicine Learning from CM",curriculum construction,and curriculum ideology and politics teaching,the paper constructs a professional personenl training system for integrated Chinese and Western medicine preventive medicine with Chinese characteristics,promotes the construction of disease control system for integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and then supplements the grassroots applied team of integrated Chinese and Western medicine preventive medicine personnel to meet the new requirements for the cultivation of preventive medicine personnel in China.
