摘要
核心数据集是临床采集的标准化数据集合,有助于数据标准统一,提高数据质量,为中医药高级别循证医学证据的形成提供支撑.笔者概述核心数据集的概念、研究现状与意义,探索冠心病中医核心数据集实施的思路方法,并提出难点与解决策略,以期为构建具有中医特色的核心数据集、提升中医药研究质量提供基础.
Abstract
Core data set is a standardized collection of clinically collected data,which contributes to the unification of data standards,improves data quality,and provides support for the formation of high-level medical evidence in Chinese medicine.This paper outlines the concept,research status and significance of core data set,explores the ideas and methods for the implementation of core data set in coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine,and puts forward difficulties and solution strategies,with a view to provide a basis for the construction of core data set with Chinese medicine characteristics and the enhancement of the quality of Chinese medicine research.
