中文摘要：在中医药临床实践指南制定过程中，时常存在缺乏证据的情况，专家证据、经验证据、古籍证据往往作为证据补充被整合运用，但是目前对于三者之间的界定存在模糊和分歧，转化及应用上存在混淆和误用。本文通过对三种证据类型的剖析和比较，厘清三者的异同、转化应用和采集原则，为指南制定者提供参考。

外文摘要：Evidence was often lacking in the development of Chinese medicine(CM)clinical practice guidelines(CPGs).Expert evidence,empirical evidence and evidence of ancient Chinese medical books were often used as evidence supplements,but there were ambiguity and differences in the definition of the three,and there were confusion and misuse in transformation and application.Through the analysis and comparison of the three evidence types,this paper clarified the similarities and differences,transformation,application and collection principles to provide reference for the guideline developers.
