基于病证结合探讨心房颤动中西医诊疗康复思路

摘要
心房颤动(房颤)患病率较高,临床特点复杂多变,单一模式在防治房颤研究中存在不足,基于病证结合的中西医临床诊疗康复实践较为适合患者临床需求.本文探讨中西医结合治疗房颤的病证结合模式,从房颤的病证特点、诊疗思路和综合康复等方面进行了阐述,强调了"中西互参,优势互补;病证结合,精准辨治;形神合一,双心同调"的诊疗原则.
Abstract
The prevalence of atrial fibrillation(AF)is a high incidence rate,the clinical characteristics are complex and variable.Single-mode approaches is insufficient in the research on prevention and treatment of AF.Integrated Chinese and Western clinical diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation practices based on disease-syndrome combination and syndrome are more suitable for meeting the clinical needs of patients.This article discusses the integrated model of Chinese and Western medicine disease-syndrome combination in treating AF,elaborating on the disease-syndrome characteristics of AF,diagnosis and treatment approaches,and comprehensive rehabilitation.It emphasizes the diagnostic and treatment principles of"integrating Chinese and Western medicine,complementary advantages;disease-syndrome combination,precise differentiation and treatment;unifying body and mind,harmonizing the dual hearts".
