Application effect of feedback health education combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty
Objective To explore the impact of feedback health education combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures. Methods A total of 86 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the Orthopedics Department of The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from May 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects. These research subjects were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random envelope method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received feedback health education combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The nursing period was three months. The hip joint function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared at admission and after 3 months of nursing,as well as the compliance with rehabilitation exercise and the incidence of postoperative complications after 3 months of nursing. Results After 3 months of nursing, the hip joint function and daily living ability of both groups were significantly improved(all P<0.05).The above indicators and compliance with rehabilitation exercise of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Providing feedback health education combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures can improve their compliance with rehabilitation exercise, effectively improve hip joint function and quality of life, and have a lower incidence of complications.
