Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with whole-course nutrition management on the nutrition level of patients after radical surgery for pancreatic cancer. Methods The clinical data of 106 patients who underwent radical surgery for pancreatic cancer at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from August 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into a control group(routine nursing,55 cases)and an observation group(multidisciplinary collaborative nursing + routine nursing + whole-course nutrition management model,51 cases). The psychological status, nutritional status, quality of life, and degree of pain of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the nutritional status and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3,14,and 28 days after surgery(all P<0.05).The above indicators or scores of the two groups improved at each time point after intervention compared to before intervention or before surgery within the group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with whole-course nutrition management is beneficial to the improvement of psychological status, nutritional status, pain degree and quality of life of patients after radical surgery for pancreatic cancer.
