虎符铜砭刮痧联合PDCA循环护理在胃食管反流病患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨对胃食管反流病患者实施虎符铜砭刮痧结合PDCA循环护理的效果.方法 选择2020 年6 月至2022 年6 月期间南京市中医院收治的 150 例胃食管反流病患者,根据数字随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组75 例.对照组给予PDCA循环护理进行干预,观察组给予PDCA循环护理结合虎符铜砭刮痧进行干预.比较2 组患者干预前后的护理效果.结果 干预4 周及8 周后,观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和反流性疾病问卷评分均低于对照组,健康状况调查问卷评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05);干预4 周及8 周后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α和超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,胃动素和胃泌素水平均高于对照组(P均<0.05);干预8 周后,2 组的上述评分和指标均优于干预前及干预4 周后(P均<0.05).结论 对胃食管反流病患者应用虎符铜砭刮痧联合PDCA循环护理进行干预,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状和心理状态,改善其血清炎症因子和胃肠激素水平,且提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Hufu Tongbian scraping combined with PDCA cycle nursing on patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a digital randomization method,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received PDCA cycle nursing intervention,while the observation group received PDCA cycle nursing combined with Hufu Tongbian scraping intervention.The nursing effect before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale,and Reflux Disease Questionnaire in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the Short Form-36 Health Survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the levels of the tumor necrosis factor-α and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of motilin and gastrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the above scores and indicators in both groups were better than those before and after 4 weeks of intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of Hufu Tongbian scraping combined with PDCA cycle nursing for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease can effectively alleviate their clinical symptoms and psychological status,improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones,and improve their quality of life.
