讲解—模拟—练习—沟通—支持护理对行髋关节置换术患者康复效果的影响

中文摘要：目的探讨讲解—模拟—练习—沟通—支持护理在行髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法以 2020 年1 月至2022 年12 月于江南大学附属医院行髋关节置换术的84 例患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为2 组(即观察组和对照组)，各42 例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用讲解—模拟—练习—沟通—支持护理。比较2 组的髋关节功能、日常生活能力、心理弹性、自护能力、护理满意率和术后并发症发生率。结果干预 3 个月后，观察组的Harris髋关节量表评分、日常生活活动能力量表评分和心理弹性量表评分均高于对照组(P均<0。05)，且 2 组均高于干预前(P均<0。05)。干预3 个月后，观察组自我护理能力测定量表中的自我责任感等维度评分均高于对照组(P均<0。05)，且2 组均高于干预前(P均<0。05)。统计2 组干预3 个月内的护理总满意率发现，观察组更高(P<0。05)。2 组间术后并发症总发生率经比较，观察组低于对照组(P<0。05)。结论讲解—模拟—练习—沟通—支持护理可改善行髋关节置换术患者的髋关节功能康复效果，提高其日常生活能力、心理弹性、自护能力和护理满意度，且可降低术后并发症发生率。

外文摘要：Objective To explore the application effect of explanation-simulation-practice-communication-support nursing in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2020 to December 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups(observation and control groups)using a random number table,each with 42 patients.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received explanation-simulation-practice-communication-support nursing.The hip function,activities of daily living,psychological resilience,self-care ability,nursing satisfaction rate,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the Harris Hip Score,the Activities of Daily Living Scale score,and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and both groups had higher scores compared with before intervention(all P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the self-responsibility score and other item scores of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and both groups had higher scores compared with before intervention(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate within 3 months of intervention in both groups was statistically analyzed,and it was found that the observation group had a higher satisfaction rate(P<0.05).The observation group showed a lower total incidence of postoperative complications than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Explanation-simulation-practice-communication-support nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect of hip function in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty,enhance their activities of daily life,psychological resilience,self-care ability,and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
