Application value of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing strategy in cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing strategy on cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction. Methods A total of 84 cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction who received treatment at Jiangsu Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected. They were divided into a control group(42 cases)and an observation group(42 cases)using dynamic randomization. The control group received routine western medicine nursing measures, while the observation group received intervention of the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing strategy. The immune function(peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets[CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +]),limb motor function(FMA),degree of neurological deficits(NIHSS),activities of daily living(BI),and quality of life(WHOQOL)were compared the two groups. Results After 30 days of intervention, the FMA,BI,WHOQOL scores, the CD4 + level, and the CD4 +/CD8 + ratio of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the NIHSS score and the CD8 + level were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The above indicators in both groups showed significant improvements compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing strategy in cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction can effectively improve the limb motor function and neurological deficits, and enhance the immune function, activities of daily living, and quality of life.
