Application value of health behavior interaction combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension
Objective To explore the application value of health behavior interaction combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension. Methods Eighty-four patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension who were treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different nursing plans,42 patients in the control group received evidence-based nursing, while 42 patients in the observation group received additional health behavior interactive nursing. The scores of the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale,Quality of Life Scale,Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale, mastery of disease knowledge, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 and 12 weeks of intervention, the scores of the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale,Quality of Life Scale, and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale in both groups were significantly higher than those at admission(all P<0.05).The above scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The level of mastery of disease knowledge and total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of healthy behavior interaction and evidence-based nursing can effectively protect neurological function, improve quality of life, enhance self-care ability, mastery of disease knowledge, and nursing satisfaction in patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension.
