Application effect of preventive nursing combined with psychological intervention in patients undergoing CT enhanced scan
Objective To explore the application effect of preventive nursing combined with psychological intervention in patients undergoing CT enhanced scan.Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent CT enhanced scan at the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(preventive nursing combined with psychological intervention)using a random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The intervention situation of the two groups were compared.Results At 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after examination,the heart rates(HR)of both groups were faster than 30 minutes before examination,and the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were higher than 30 minutes before examination.The HR of the observation group was slower than that of the control group during the same period,and the SBP and DBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period.At 15 minutes after examination,the above indicators in both groups were better than those of 15 minutes before examination,and the results showed statistical differences(all P＜0.05).At 30 minutes before and 1 hour after examination,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period,while the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group during the same period,and the above scores of both groups were better than those of the day before examination.At 1 hour after examination,the above scores of both groups were better than those of 30 minutes before examination,and the results showed statistical differences(all P＜0.05).The total incidence of contrast agent extravasation and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of preventive nursing and psychological intervention can improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing CT enhanced scan,alleviate their physiological stress reactions and anxiety,and reduce the occurrence of contrast agent extravasation and adverse reactions.
