Application effect of family-centered nursing model in children with chronic gastritis
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect and value of the family-centered nursing model in children with chronic gastritis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 98 children with chronic gastritis admitted to Xuzhou Children's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022.They were divided into a control group(n=50,receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(n=48,implementing family-centered nursing)according to different nursing methods. The treatment compliance, symptom improvement time, serum indicator levels, and immune function of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 97.92%,significantly higher than the 86.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group showed earlier improvement in various symptoms such as abdominal pain(all P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after discharge, the levels of serum gastrin(Gastrin)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in both groups decreased compared to admission(all P<0.05).The levels of Gastrin and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after discharge, the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD3+and CD4+in both groups increased compared to admission, while CD8+decreased compared to admission(all P<0.05).The CD3+and CD4+levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during the same period, while CD8+levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered nursing intervention in children with chronic gastritis can have a positive effect on improving treatment compliance, shortening symptom improvement time, and improving serum related indicators and immune function indicators.
