Application effect of humanistic care combined with responsibility nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of thyroid cancer patients
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care combined with responsibility nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of thyroid cancer patients.Methods A total of 96 thyroid cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment at Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were included,and their data were retrospectively analyzed.They were grouped according to different nursing measures.The control group(48 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(48 cases)received humanistic care combined with responsibility nursing.The quality of life scale for cancer patients(EORTC QLQ-C30)score,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)score,neck range of motion before and after surgery were compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 7 days and 1 month after surgery,the scores of CD-RISC and EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups increased compared to before surgery,and the neck range of motion increased compared to before surgery(all P＜0.05).The differences in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).At 1 month after surgery,the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(both P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care combined with responsibility nursing in the postoperative rehabilitation of thyroid cancer patients can effectively improve their quality of life,psychological resilience,and neck mobility,increase their nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
