Application of ERAS management model combined with preventive nursing in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome complicated with hepatic vein thrombosis
Objective To explore the application of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)management model combined with preventive nursing in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS)complicated with hepatic vein thrombosis undergoing interventional treatment. Methods A total of 366 patients with BCS complicated with hepatic vein thrombosis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups(183 cases each)using a random number table method, namely a control group(routine care)and an observation group(ERAS management model combined with preventive nursing). The effect after intervention was compared between the two groups. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group had a higher rate of excellence in various health-related cognitive levels and a lower total incidence of complications(all P<0.05).During and immediately after surgery, the stress indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).One week after surgery, the portal vein hemodynamic indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ERAS management model combined with preventive nursing for patients with BCS complicated with hepatic vein thrombosis undergoing interventional treatment can help improve their health-related cognitive level, improve stress indexes and portal vein hemodynamic indicators, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
