乳房穴位按摩配合袋鼠式护理在产妇产后的应用效果

摘要
目的 产后给予产妇乳房穴位按摩配合袋鼠式护理,探讨对其纯母乳喂养率、泌乳量以及乳房胀痛情况的影响.方法 选取2021年12月至2022年12月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院产科病区的100名产妇为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为2组,即观察组(50名,给予产后乳房穴位按摩及袋鼠式护理)和对照组(50名,采用常规护理方式).比较2组产妇的纯母乳喂养率、泌乳量及乳房疼痛情况,以及新生儿生长发育指标.结果 观察组的产后纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组产妇在护理7 d后的泌乳量优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组产妇在护理7 d后的视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组新生儿的生长发育各项指标均优于对照组(P均＜0.05).结论 在产妇产后护理中,给予其乳房穴位按摩及袋鼠式护理,可提高产妇产后的纯母乳喂养率及泌乳量,改善其乳房胀痛情况,且能够优化新生儿的生长发育指标.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of postpartum breast acupoint massage combined with kangaroo mother care on the exclusive breastfeeding rate,lactation volume,and breast distending pain of postpartum women.Methods A total of 100 postpartum women in the obstetrics ward of Army 73 rd Group Military Hospital of PLA from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely the observation group(50 participants,receiving postpartum breast acupoint massage and kangaroo mother care)and the control group(50 participants,receiving routine care).The exclusive breastfeeding rate,lactation volume,breast pain,and neonatal growth and development indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of postpartum exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The lactation volume in the observation group was better than that in the control group after 7 days of nursing(P＜0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 7 days of nursing(P＜0.05).The growth and development indicators of newborns in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion In postpartum care for postpartum women,breast acupoint massage and kangaroo mother care can increase the exclusive breastfeeding rate and lactation volume of postpartum women,improve the condition of breast distending pain,and optimize the growth and development indicators of newborns.
